WRITTEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Chili Mayo Sauce
2-3 Calabrian chilis, thinly sliced (substitute with cayenne pepper or hot sauce if don't have)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Chicken Sandwich
3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 avocado, sliced

Steak Sandwich
3 thin steaks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 slices provolone cheese

Sausage Sandwich
1 package smoked pork sausage
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp mayo

All Sandwiches
Sourdough bread
Sauted onions (optional, this is not in game)

Bangboo Potatoes
4 large russet potatoes, peeled
Water (for parboiling)
Salt
Oil (for deep frying)
Cilantro, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Chili Mayo
In a bowl, combine chili, mayo, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder

Sandwiches
Place plastic wrap over chicken breasts on a cutting board. Flatten with a meat tenderizer
Season both sides of the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and chili powder
For steaks, season both sides with salt and pepper
For sausages, cut diagonally into thick slices
Preheat a pan on medium high heat. Add oil
Cook chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside
Add more oil if necessary, cook steaks for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside
Brown sausages for 1-2 minutes per side. These are already fully cooked
Toast sourdough bread

Sandwich Assembly
To assemble the chicken sandwich, start with sourdough bread. Slather chili mayo on bottom bread. Add sliced avocados then sliced chicken breast. Add sauteed onions (if using). Top with bread that also has chili mayo
To assemble the steak sandwich, start with sourdough bread. Slather chili mayo on bottom bread. Add the sliced steak with melted provolone cheese on top. Add sauteed onions (if using). Top with bread that also has chili mayo.
To assemble the sausage sandwich, start with sourdough bread. Slather horseradish and mayo on bottom bread. Layer sausage slices. Add sauteed onions (if using). Top with bread that also has horseradish mayo

Potatoes
Cut peeled potatoes into small wedges
Add into a large pot of water. Salt water generously
Bring to a boil and boil potatoes for 2-3 minutes
Strain potatoes and let them dry out on a tray
Preheat a pan or pot of oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Deep fry potatoes in batches for 4 minutes per batch
Salt potatoes after removing from oil
Garnish with cilantro
