Knowing how to configure a professional welding equipment is essential to get the most out of it. That is why we are going to explain step by step how to configure the synergic wire on the Stayer MIG 350 BT inverter welding equipment.

Turn on the machine with the three-pole rear switch, wait 7 seconds in IPL, choose the wire welding mode (MAG wire E-70S-6), select the two-step trigger control and the synergic mode. Then set the wire diameter to 1mm2 and use the mixing gas. Set the arc length to half on the voltage knob on the wire feeder, the amps to 3 on the left knob, the arc length to half on the tension grid and finally check that the wire exits the torch.
