1 Seekh kabab ❤️
Ingredients:
500 g mutton mince
70-80 g mutton fat or 2 tbsp oil /butter
1 handful coriander leaves
5-6 green chilies
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp grated and squeezed onion
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp corn flour
11/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp chat Masala
1 tsp garam masala ( i didn't add )
oil for frying

2 tsp garlic paste
1/4 onion
1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup yogurt
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp gram flour
1 lemon juice

2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp food color
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp heaped cumin powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp crushed chilies
