For the shortcut target you need to write the sde location and use -- to run the Alan wake exe with SDE.

so you must have the sde location in " "
after sde location you must put in -hsw --
the -- is important and must be put in the right location before the Alan wake exe

Keeping all this in mind the target would be something like:

"E:\Games\Alan Wake 2\sde\sde.exe" -hsw -- "E:\Games\Alan Wake 2\AlanWake2.exe"

"C:\Alan Wake 2\sde.exe" -hsw -- "C:\Alan Wake 2\AlanWake2.exe"
