TIMELAPSE - We Built This House in Ukraine From Start To Finish in 45 minutes

We built this stone house for our family from scratch. By design, the house is simple and consists of light blocks (aerated concrete).
The total area of ​​the house is 115 m or 1237.850 ft square feet and the exterior dimensions are 15 m2 or 161 ft2 by 9 m2 or 97 feet 2.

We built this tiny house step by step without loans and on a small budget of $21,000. This cost does't included the purchase of a piece of land. Since we do not have sufficient skills in construction, we invited our relatives to build our house.

WE are a happy couple with a young daughter, and despite the situation in Ukraine, we decided to build our own house near Kyiv. First, we bought a plot of land near a picturesque lake and forest, and a month later we started construction.

We first made the formwork for the foundation, then tied the rebar and poured the foundation with concrete using a concrete mixer and a concrete pump. After 2 weeks, we started laying aerated concrete, and all the work was done quickly within 2 weeks. After brickwork and laying the walls, we immediately moved on to the roof construction, floor screed, digging a septic tank, inserting windows and piping water into the house. It was already getting cold, so we installed underfloor heating around the entire house. This is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable solution.
