At the age of 13, I created a story that I was disposable, that family wasn't real and love didn't exist. I lived in this story my entire life and wasn't able to break free, until getting sober. The pain I felt , led me down a path of addiction. I wanted so badly to feel something and to fill the void that I had created. I needed to escape my reality and drugs became that escape for me.

In this video, I talk about the event that changed my life forever. It was one of the most difficult and confusing times of my life. It's so easy to create stories in our minds and live our lives through that story! It's also very dangers and detrimental to our overall health. The story I created, kept my locked in a prison in my own mind. I needed to get clean to see that it was a story all along.

I needed a serious wake up call and believe me I got it!! I truly believe someone was watching over me and trying to communicate with me all along. I finally got it and discovered where I truly belong.
