If you're trying to access the Notes feature on Instagram but don't see it in your app, this video shows you how to enable it and what steps to take if it's missing. Instagram Notes is a relatively new feature that allows users to post short status-like messages (up to 60 characters) visible to their followers for 24 hours. These notes appear at the top of your direct messages (DM) section.
