A Utah woman who's accused of fatally poisoning her husband and then writing a children's book about grief dedicated to him is suing to get his millions. Prosecutors say Kouri Richins poisoned her husband's Moscow mule with a lethal amount of fentanyl. Eric Richins’ estate is valued at $4 million which includes his business and the family home. Now, his family says they have to deal with not only the loss of Eric but also the fight for his millions.
