Frito Pie! Easy! Fast! Inexpensive! And… Comfort Food!

I grew up in San Antonio, Texas. My mom was a single mom who worked, and there were many days that she came home tired, and we didn’t have a lot. So, Frito Pie was definitely on the meal rotation. It was also served at most school fund raisers.

You can’t get much easier than this!

We used:
Frito’s - original
1/2 of a medium onion, chopped
1 can of Wolf Brand Chili No Beans
Grated cheese, your choice and amount
