A few tips:
I definitely recommend refrigerating them and serving them cold. They get super fudgy and I think you will really enjoy them this way. But you can also enjoy them hot, it's totally up to you.
The batter is a bit sticky, so drizzle some olive oil on your rubber spatula before spreading it out.
