宜蘭壯圍濱海鐵馬旅行～超長長的海岸美景，綠油油的鄉村風光

宜蘭壯圍濱海自行車道，北起竹安溪河口，南至蘭陽溪口，全長約15公里。我們這次的旅行，從壯圍濱海自行車道中點的永鎮廟出發，先騎濱海自行車道往蘭陽溪河口的東港榕樹公園，然後騎壯圍鄉間小路，欣賞農村田野風光，一路騎往竹安溪河口；再騎濱海自行車道回到永鎮廟。環狀一圈，約34公里，騎乘時間約5.5小時。
The Zhuangwei Coastal Bicycle Path of Yilan, starting from the estuary of the Zhuanxi River in the north and to the estuary of Lanyang River in the south, is about 15 kilometers in length. Our journey starts from Yongzhen Temple at the midpoint of Zhuangwei Binhai Bicycle Path. First ride the Binhai Bicycle Path to Donggang Banyan Tree Park at the estuary of Lanyang River, then ride the country roads in Zhuangwei to enjoy the countryside scenery, and ride all the way to the estuary of Zhuan River.and then ride the coastal bicycle path back to Yongzhen Temple. The circular cycling route is about 34 kilometers in length, and the riding time is about 5.5 hours.

★大眾運輸：：搭乘793、1788(宜蘭轉運站)、1812(台北車站經濱海公路)至永鎮站，或搭乘綠18(台灣好行壯圍沙丘線)至永鎮濱海遊憩區站。
★自行開車： Google地圖衛星導航輸入「壯圍永鎮廟」，即可抵達永鎮廟, 從廟旁的巷道上行, 即可抵達永鎮濱海公園停車場（免費停車）。
★Public transportation: Take 793, 1788 (Yilan Transfer Station), 1812 (Taipei Station via Binhai Highway) to Yongzhen Station, or take Green 18 (Taiwan Shuttle Bus - Zhuangwei Dune Line) to Yongzhen Coastal Recreation Area Station.
★By car: Enter "Zhuangwei Yongzhen Temple" in Google Maps satellite navigation, you can reach Yongzhen Temple, and you can reach Yongzhen Binhai Park parking lot (free parking) by going up the lane beside the temple.
