There is scarce information regarding The Glen Campbell Music Show - and I try not to sound like a Wikipedia parrot, but this was a one-off show produced for the British market, specifically for Auntie Beeb (BBC). It's also one of the several instances of international publicity of the artist herself (aside from the U.S. and Australia).

According to IMDB, this was the third episode to be aired on 4 May 1975. Reddy was the special guest. "Not to be confused with the US produced "The Glen Campbell Music Show" (1982-1983), this 1975 TV series was made in the UK."
