The Full Moon is one of the most powerful times to reflect and release. 🌕💫
On March 13th, we gathered in a powerful session to let go—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

We started with setting an intention on what we wanted to release, journaling all that we want to let go of, allowing our deepest emotions to come up to the surface. Then, through Yin Yoga, we gently opened the body, releasing tension stored in our muscles, joints, and energy channels. And finally, we sank into a deep healing meditation, where old patterns, fears, and heaviness dissolved, making space for more clarity and peace to flow into our mind and body.

💛 Many felt an emotional breakthrough.
💛 Some experienced a physical shift; feeling lighter, freer.
💛 Everyone left with a sense of profound release and alignment.

This is the power of Full Moon Healing. It’s a sacred moment to let go of what no longer serves you and step into the next chapter with balance and ease.
