Stormy Saturday with BIG pack of Dogs and Warm Baths |

Описание к видео Stormy Saturday with BIG pack of Dogs and Warm Baths |

Saturday at the farm was cold and dark with a big storm coming in.

Luke started off the day getting Chance out with just a few members of our pack, unrestricted. He’s been doing so well, Luke is trying to proof his reliability incrementally. It’s been weeks without any mistakes from Chance, but Luke needs to be 1000%. Freddo doesn’t trust Chance one bit, just like he didn’t Rosco initially.

Then it’s off together as a big pack for a bush walk before the storm hits. It starts to rain a little bit but we make it back to the pool before it really hits.

Back at the pool, we open some parcels from some generous followers, thank you so much. There’s some great toys and Bandit is ecstatic. Miss Violet makes a bed out of the packaging. The thunder gets louder and a few of the shelter dogs sit quietly as close as they can to Luke.

We hurry through the parcel opening and make our way back to the garage to heat up the hydro bath for warm baths and towel dries. It’s cold and wet, but nice warm bath and a delicious warm cooked dinner is the perfect end to this kind of day.

Faith has got a little worse. She is still very much enjoying her days, but we notice she has more lumps and she is limping on the other side now. She still wants to be a part of everything. She no longer sits out of anything. She’s up for every run, bush walk, backyard hang out. She’s got some life left to live.

The pack tell us Maggie has a sore ear. Chance is the first and then you’ll see dear Miss Violet licking her sisters ear at the pool. Nothing gets past this close knit pack.

Luke’s parents have come down for the weekend from Queensland, an Australian state north of us about 9 hours away. They’ve driven down to see the kids, who are extremely excited to see their G-Ma and B-Pa.

A little kid was born a couple of weeks ago, sadly his little brother didn’t make it. We tried to keep him alive by bottle feeding after Mum rejected him, but he just wasn’t strong enough.

And finally, if you didn’t know, the Shepherd triplets have their own channel. I’ll post their bath video shortly. We’d love for you to subscribe (it’s free). When you watch our videos and subscribe to our channels it really helps us out a lot in giving all the dogs here at the farm all the care they need. So, sincerely thank you, the farm dogs all thank you too.

Here’s a link to their channel:
