After a full month since Halloween Horror Nights last house announcement, we received the fourth installment to this year's event. The Weeknd which will be featured at both Universal Orlando and Universal Hollywood has just been announced to appear at Halloween Horror Nights 31. Not only did we receive a house announcement, but the long awaited for Frequent Fear Passes have also been released! Scream Early Tickets as well as the returning Scareactor Dining Experience were also included with this big announcement.
