TÜRKPA Beynəlxalq Parlament Konfransında iştirak edib

29 oktyabr 2025-ci il tarixində Baş katibin müavini Muhammet Alper Hayali və Ətraf mühit, təbii ehtiyatlar və sağlamlığın qorunması komissiyasının katibi Aynurə Abutalıbova Bakı şəhərində Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisinin təşkil etdiyi Beynəlxalq Parlament Konfransında iştirak ediblər.

Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının qəbul edilməsinin 30 illiyinə həsr olunmuş konfrans “Konstitusiya müasir dünyada dövlətlərin müstəqilliyinin və suverenliyinin təməli kimi” mövzusunda keçirilib.

Tədbirdə 20-yə yaxın ölkədən parlament nümayəndə heyətləri, beynəlxalq təşkilatların nümayəndələri iştirak ediblər.

Konfrans çərçivəsində iştirakçılar müasir dövlətlərin hüquqi əsaslarının möhkəmləndirilməsində konstitusiyaların rolu, o cümlədən dövlət suverenliyinin və milli müstəqilliyin qorunması ilə bağlı fikir mübadiləsi aparıblar.

Konfransda çıxış edən TÜRKPA Baş katibinin müavini Muhammet Alper Hayali Konstitusiyanın demokratik dövlətin əsası kimi rolunu vurğulayaraq, TÜRKPA-nın qanunvericilik sahəsində əməkdaşlığın və parlamentlərarası dialoqun təşviqi istiqamətində həyata keçirdiyi fəaliyyəti xüsusi olaraq qeyd edib.

TURKPA attended the International Parliamentary Conference

On 29 October 2025, Deputy Secretary General Muhammet Alper Hayali and Secretary of the Commission on Environment, Natural Resources and Health Protection Aynura Abutalibova attended the International Parliamentary Conference organized by the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Baku.

The Conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was held under the theme “The Constitution as the Foundation of the Independence and Sovereignty of States in the Contemporary World.”

The event was attended by parliamentary delegations from nearly 20 countries, as well as representatives of international organizations.

Within the framework of the Conference, the participants exchanged views on the role of constitutions in strengthening the legal foundations of modern states, as well as on the protection of state sovereignty and national independence.

Delivering a speech at the conference, Deputy Secretary General of TURKPA Muhammet Alper Hayali emphasized the Constitution’s role as the foundation of a democratic state and highlighted TURKPA’s work in promoting legislative cooperation and inter-parliamentary dialogue.
