Some player promptly said he took an arrow to the knee
I showed them where to go, the trolls I did beseech.
Go pet a tribble or go hug someone and go sit on a beach.

Play Klingon, Fed or Romulan, we get to decide.
But when it's time to Boldly grind, we play Star Trek Online.

Others on the station walk around that's why they are so fit
Missions that they give to you will send you every place.
Now if only we could sell this loot on the Exchange.

One mission I got lucky, saw the starship Enterprise
But the temporal prime directive won't let me mess with time
Spock opened a channel and he clearly said to me,

DS9 has missions where you investigate
The True Way menace that is here right in Bajoran space
The alternate Fed universe is also quite bizarre
At least we get to beat the crap out of the Jem-Hadar

When I played a Klingon, back in the early days
There wasn't any missions and we PvP'd all day
Now we go exploring and we act just like the Feds
I took a chance and on a dare went Romulan instead

And I say,

DS9 is not so bad, and holo Leeta is a dish
Play Klingon, Fed or Romulan, we get to decide.
But when it's time to Boldly grind, we play Star Trek Online.

I beamed to the Academy, and walked right in the door
I'd never seen so many toons in one locale before
I was in my Risa clothes and looking quite displaced,
So I went and saw the tailor lass now I'm not out of place.

I was teaming with a newb to help them level more
And we got in voice chat when we had to fight the Borg
Normally I don't do this I really must admit
But this one had a smashing voice and a lovely set of bits.

And I say,

Play Klingons, Feds or Romulans, we get to decide.
But when it's time to Boldly grind, its free to play so we don't mind
Our dilithium is all refined, we play Star Trek Online.
