In this video we look at replacing the EGR thermostat for the Fiesta MK6 ST150, mine has decide to rot from the inside and split one of the pipes. I did know about this but I had no choice but to put the pipe back on after I found out as needed the car.

This is quite an annoying job as not enough room to do anything in the engine bay but if you take the battery out then it is fine and a lot easier , just took me forever to work that out!
