In his recent MAHA speech, RFK Jr. dropped some jaw-dropping health stats.

74% of kids today are too unhealthy to join the military.
In 1961, only 3% of Americans had chronic disease.
In 2025, over 60% of Americans have chronic disease.
Boys are producing 50% less testosterone.
Autism has gone from 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 36.
In 1961, America spent $0 on chronic disease.
Now, America spends $1.3 TRILLION every year on chronic disease.

Some of the problems contributing to this health crisis are:

A broken food system
Massive amounts of environmental toxins
Pharmaceutical dependence
A collapse of preventative healthcare

The first area of the RFK Jr. speech I look at is COVID-19.

The average American who died of COVID related illness had 3 chronic diseases.
These include:

Obesity
High blood sugar
Cardiovascular issues
Metabolic issues

The recommendations made during the pandemic were counterproductive to good health.
Nutrition, exercise, and Vitamin D3 levels were never discussed.
Studies since show that Vitamin D3 intervention could have potentially changed the trajectory of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Next, we look at the health of children in the United States.

RFK Jr. mentions that when he was a child, there were almost no cases of juvenile diabetes.
Today, 38% of children and teens are pre-diabetic or diabetic.
… and 50% of adults are pre-diabetic or diabetic.
The bottom line here is that our kids are not buying their food… WE ARE!
As parents, it’s our responsibility to make better choices for our children.

Next, we look at reproduction.

Between 1973 and 2023, sperm counts have dropped by almost 50%.
Teenage boys today have 50% less sperm count and testosterone than a 68-year-old man.
Girls are reaching puberty 6 years earlier than the previous ‘normal’ age.
Our hormones are being hit by environmental toxins from every direction.

It’s critical we improve what goes into and onto our bodies.

The change in cases of Autism is also incredible.
From 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 36!
Changes like that only occur when things go fundamentally wrong.

Lastly, we look at how corporate greed is also causing a lot of these health issues.

RFK Jr. discusses how tobacco companies shifted their focus and bought food companies.

These huge corporations now own hundreds of food brands that produce ultra processed foods.
The ‘food-like substances’ that these companies produce are designed to get us hooked.
We are now ADDICTED to food!
However, the change we need is not going to come from RFK Jr.
It’s not going to come from the white house.
It comes from us.
