Hello everyone, I am Fiona. In today's video, we will show you a three-way valve dedicated to continual EPS cutting line recycling.

During the design phase, our customers told us that their EPS blocks come in two colors, gray graphite EPS block and white EPS block. To use of recycled EPS waste, we included a three-way valve in the EPS cutting line design. there is a three-way valve for the up recycling systems and bottom recycling system.

The switch of the three-way valve is driven by a cylinder, which can control the switching of two directions. The cylinder is controlled by a solenoid valve and can be operated via a touch screen.

After the recycling process at the top and bottom, the EPS waste is transported to the three-way valve by a blower. Through the diversion of the three-way valve, EPS waste of different colors can be sorted into different EPS silo.

Since these three-way valves will be installed on the customer's site. Here, we will simulate the use of the three-way valve through a regulator and compressed air. As you can see in the video, the part that contacts the ground is the inlet of the three-way valve. We can switch the pneumatic valve to make the metal plate of the three-way valve move in different directions, in order to achieve the purpose of diversion.
