Strategy:
1:09 T1-T3: 3x Breaking Swipe
2:19 T4-T5: Rest + Heal Cheer
3:10 T6-T7: Wait for your stats to reset if they haven't, 2x Bulk Up
3:47 T8: Swords Dance
4:00 T9-T10: Rest + Heal Cheer
5:06 T11-T15: Terastalize, Breaking Swipe until the shield breaks and your stats reset again
7:38 T16-T17: 2x Swords Dance
8:01 T18+: Breaking Swipe to victory

Notes: another option is to replace swords dance with dragon claw, but it doesn't really speed things up since the loss of swords dance negates the extra 20 base power. you also take more damage, making it harder for the shell bell to keep your HP high. if you try to replace bulk up instead you are very likely to get wrecked immediately after the scripted dragon dance because it follows roaring moon's start clear. if you have a reusable team with NPCs weak to fighting type attacks, rest can be replaced by drain punch (to be used on those NPCs). this heals less but avoids the need for heal cheers to wake up from sleep.

Pros: supereffective tera type matching base type, excellent HP and attack stats, fantastic defense stat, outspeeds before dragon dance, resists crunch before terastalizing, swords dance buffs attack 2 stages, bulk up buffs attack 1 stage and defense 1 stage. rest heals full HP bar. typing discourages use of crunch (avoiding defense debuffs) and iron head (avoiding flinches after dragon dance). shell bell heals when attacking, an amount equal to 1/8th of damage dealt. breaking swipe debuffs attack 1 stage through shield while charging tera orb. it has 100 accuracy and deals supereffective STAB (tera-boosted when terastalized) damage. orichalcum pulse boosts attack 1.33x for the first 5 turns of the match while the sun is up.

Cons: weak to dragon claw, outsped after dragon dance, breaking swipe's base power is only 60. rest puts you to sleep, if you get KO'd when the sun is down your ability with activate roaring moon's ability.
