'TV Eye' reporter Peter Taylor reveals the conditions inside the notorious H blocks at the Maze Prison in Northern Ireland where 351 Provisional prisoners are living naked in their cells except for a blanket each. Cell walls are covered with their own excretia. Interviews with anonymous prison offiers show just how bad they believe the conditions have become.
