Took this to a neighbor’s patio for happy hour last evening (SW Florida). No one had ever heard of a Raclette. Bought sliced baguette and authentic Raclette Swiss cheese slices from Aldi. Toppings were red onion first soaked in water then drained, juilienned red pepper, crumbled bacon, baked & sliced tiny Yukon gold potatoes. Everyone loved it! The possibilities are endless. We made enough for a meal! Love this thing! Clean up is a breeze too. One of the many features I like is that you can cook on the top while your small skillets are broiling below. Oh, the melted cheese!!! Yum!
