Welcome to another episode of Brazilian Kitchen! Today we're going to learn how to make one of my favorite dishes and the number one item on my "to eat" list when I go back to my hometown! We're learning Empadão goiano today!

For this recipe, you'll need 🥧 :
Filling:
550g of Shredded chicken (1 1/4 lbs)
1 small Onion
350 ml of Tomato sauce (12 fl oz)
1/2 cup Cheiro verde (scallion and parsley mix)
300g of Pork sausage (2/3 lbs)
Olives to taste
Cheese (queso de freír, mozzarella or queijo minas) to taste
Heart of palm to taste

Dough:
2 Eggs (one for decoration)
500g of Flour (1 lbs)
150ml of Water (5 fl oz)
1/2 tablespoon of Salt
150g of Pork lard (1/3 lbs)
