I'm not gonna lie.. we were honestly using a super big & thick cardboard box for our recycling & lining it with trash bags... It was fine.. but it wasn't great. I didn't like that you could see the huge pile of cans & we sure were using a lot of trash bags. This was an awesome upgrade for us. I loveeee that you can't see what's inside the bin, it holds so much more, it blocks any odor AND the liner bag is reusable so we aren't using as many trash bags! Highly recommend getting one of these bad boys. You won't be disappointed!
