Most of the girls interviewed are doing naked yoga privately in their own homes or gardens but as your about to read naked yoga classes can be found all around the world in 2025.

So what is naked yoga?

Naked yoga ( Nude Yoga ) and doing nude yoga in 2025 has become the new fitness craze for 2025 with naked yoga classes available around the world in 11 countries and 44 cities.

So what is the history and origins of yoga and naked yoga?

The history and origins of naked yoga come from India the birthplace of yoga, the first recorded sighting of naked yoga was 400 year BC when Alexander the Great's philosophers noted coming across Indian monks known as Yogini performing naked yoga poses as part of their meditative process to reach spiritual enlightenment.

Now its been found that Yoga itself goes back some 2700 years BC in India and early yoga had nothing to do with exercise, it was all about meditation so perhaps naked yoga also commenced at the same time, so perhaps naked yoga has been around for nearly 5000 years!

The first naked yoga class in the West was in 1919 in New York City and now in 2025 America has become the most popular country in the world for naked yoga classes.

Why do naked yoga? Well, I guess there are two reasons for doing naked yoga the first is simply for the nudist community, by taking part in a naked yoga class it gives the nudist community another activity to strip of and enjoy being naked.

The second reason for taking part in a naked yoga class is its been established that doing a naked yoga class can help those suffering from body dysmorphia a health condition where the sufferers do not love their own bodies. It has been established by doing naked yoga sufferers can begin to appreciate their own bodies and overcome body dysmorphia.

Just with the nudist community naked yoga and naked yoga classes have nothing to do with sexuality and anyone taking part in a naked yoga class will find its all done in a very safe environment.

All participants of a naked yoga class remain on their yoga mats and there is no touching allowed and normally the naked yoga class is performed in low light.
