July begins with the Sun opposite Pluto; this is a once a year occurrence which reminds us to step into our sense of empowerment. We may feel challenged to do this through circumstances outside of ourselves that appear to be opposing us or threatening our security. We enter the month with Mercury retrograde, going within to understand our feelings will weave in and out of our consciousness until Mercury is direct on the 20th.

Know that all you need is within you, simply tap into your inner resources and feel empowered.

Saturn moves direct on July 8th, again this is a once in a year happening. This is called a station. Saturn has been retrograde since February 18th and now that it is moving forward again many issues that were brought to your attention in February will be handled.
This is a time to take responsibility towards having the life that is important for you, even if you must let go of the comfort of the past.

The New Moon in Cancer is on the 8th at 16 degrees.
There is a very sweet energy with this new moon, with a grand trine in water between Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune. Harmony ensues with possibilities, imagination, spiritual growth and the discipline to put into action what needs to be done.
Mix in Venus connected with Uranus and you have a measure of fun and excitement to liven up the everyday life.

The 9th the Mercury makes its inferior conjunction to the Sun, meaning that Mercury is in between earth and the sun in alignment, time to go within and seek messages that help bring resolutions to having an emotionally full and happy life.


Mars moves into Cancer on the 13th, joining the cancer clan with the Jupiter, Mercury and the Sun. Putting effort into Cancer concerns, home, family, nurturing food, is ready to happen. Mars in Cancer can be whiny, keep a check on emotions stemming from unresolved childhood hurts and complaints.

Uranus moves retrograde on the 17th, another once a year occurrence. With a double grand water trine happening when Uranus switches its course of action, many situations can be resolved through Chiron, Moon and Mercury, purging emotional wounds for healing and new thoughts that empower you.
