These past few days have been very emotional and challenging in my journey as a new mum. Our baby, Oakley, fell sick, and we ended up at the hospital twice, where he had to be put on a nebuliser to help his breathing and tested for several viruses. Watching your little one struggle is so heartbreaking, and I wanted to share the raw reality of what it’s like to handle these tough moments as a mum.

On top of that, I experienced a health scare of my own—a pain led me to a doctor’s visit, where I found out I have a large cyst on my ovary. It could require surgery, and they tested to make sure it wasn’t cancerous, which was incredibly scary. These moments reminded me how important it is to take care of ourselves while navigating motherhood.
