Written Brief-
Tanks: Hold Sul and Mar'li apart. Swap Malakk back and forth. Ignore Kazra'jin. When sul casts sandstorm, grab adds and slowly kite them.
Melee: Kill priority is Adds-Empowered Boss-Sul. Slow/Stun/Root/Knockback Loa, and AoE Living sands from a max range. Move out of Kazrajin's path. Interrupt sul and mar'li, staying on them full time if your tank can't manage interrupts. Damage mitigation CDs when Kazrajin is empowered.
Ranged: Stay spread and move out of sand traps. DBM has a range meter. Use it. Kill priority is Adds-Empowered Boss-Sul. Slow/Stun/Root/Knockback Loa, and AoE Living sands. For Frostbite, designate two people to always move in, with a third as backup, or just follow the guideline of, if you're closest, stack in until the 30 seconds AoE is over. Move out of Kazrajin's charges. Damage reduction when Kazrajin is empowered.
Healers: Tanks don't get stacking debuffs, so that's a change. Heavy heals on anyone with biting cold and AoE heals on Frostbite. Save your cooldowns for Kazrajins reflect phase and for the tank that grabs the living sands.
