If I wasn't clear here - IMO Gov Perry has crossed the line when it comes to separation of church & state.

Unfortunately, due to the manipulative nature of how he has done it pursuing the matter would only end in failure. Conservative Fundamentalist Republican politicians have become experts at being dishonest, manipulative asses.

That made me aware that my above underbar statement of;

may be easily missed and taken as unclear.

That was my way of saying; "Rick Perry is not in violation of the First Amendment".
