Marmara Forum Shopping Center, or simply Marmara Forum, is a shopping center located within the boundaries of Osmaniye, Bakırköy district of Istanbul. Designed by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture.

It has an area of ​​375 thousand square meters and a leasable area of ​​135 thousand square meters. It was made by Multi Development Turkey, which made the 9th investment in Turkey and the 2nd shopping center in Istanbul after Forum Istanbul, and was built by Yapı Merkezi on a turnkey basis. The Garden Office, where there are working offices as well as shopping areas, is within the body of Marmara Forum. There is also a block.However, in 2014, it was determined that the part of this block was illegal within the scope of the lawsuit filed by IMM and its settlement was cancelled. In 2016, a proposal was presented and accepted in the IMM assembly for the legalization of this block. In July 2017, the İBB head office in Merter was moved to the Garden Office and started to operate from there.

Marmara Forum was opened in 2011 with the brand 300. The shopping center, which has the largest brands of Carrefour, Bauhaus, D&R, Decathlon, Cinemaximum, and H&M in Turkey, serves visitors of all ages with its 5000 square meter terrace, gym, national and international events throughout the year.
