Karen continues her focus on meditation, under the Annual Theme of "Who Am I Called To Be." In this sermon, Rev. Karen explores the method of meditation called the "Vipassana" method. She lists the ways in which meditation can help us in our inner and outer lives. She illustrates this process with several powerful stories, and an analogy of sand and glitter in a pitcher of water which gets stirred up by the turbulent outer life of events and calmed by the tranquil inner life of meditation.
