Hey everyone, in this video, I showcase EX Lucci gameplay in the challenging EX Garp meta of One Piece Bounty Rush. I’m using a Dressrosa Luffy medal set with 70% DEF and 70% ATK to maximize damage against enemies. EX Lucci is a unique transforming unit that can switch between runner and attacker forms by holding the normal attack.

In the attacker form, Lucci has the ability to ignore DEF, making it easy to eliminate opponents in league battles. In the runner form, he gains increased movement and capture speed, making him versatile on the battlefield. To counter EX Garp, focus on breaking his shield using normal attacks and then follow up with Skill 1 or Skill 2. With the right strategy, EX Lucci can take down most of the meta characters in OPBR.
