What is VIZIOgram?
VIZIOgram is a feature available on select VIZIO TVs and within the VIZIO Mobile app, allowing you to share photos and videos with friends and family in beautiful, high-resolution, directly to their VIZIO TVs.
Who can send VIZIOgrams?
Anyone with the VIZIO Mobile app downloaded on their phone and a VIZIO Account, can send a VIZIOgram invitation to connect to their friends and family. Once you are connected to others on VIZIOgram and they have accepted your invitation, you can send a VIZIOgram to their VIZIO TV.
Who can receive VIZIOgrams?
To begin receiving VIZIOgrams, you must register for the VIZIOgram BETA Program through VIZIO Mobile, invite friends and family to connect as VIZIOgram friends and accept your invitation, and have an eligible VIZIO TV: all V-, and select M- series models from 2020 (-H) and later are eligible for the VIZIOgram BETA Program. If VIZIOgram BETA is available on your VIZIO TV and you have a VIZIO Account, you can receive VIZIOgrams on your VIZIO TV from your connected VIZIOgram friends.

With end-to-end encryption, photos and videos stay private, secure, and visible only to the recipient. VIZIOgrams will automatically delete within 7 days after viewing, while unviewed VIZIOgrams will expire 30 days after sending.

How do I setup VIZIOgram on my TV if I do not have a VIZIO Account yet?

1. Make sure your VIZIO TV is connected to the Internet and on the “SmartCast” input.
2. On the SmartCast home screen, scroll down to the “apps and inputs” row and select VIZIOgram, to open the “Get Started” screen.
3. Select “Get Started” and either:
use your smart phone camera or QR code scanning app to scan the QR code on your TV screen, OR
follow the “setup on web” instructions by going to vizio.com/setup on your Internet browser and enter the six-digit code displayed on your TV screen.

How do I setup VIZIOgram on my TV if I have a VIZIO Account and have linked my TV?

1. Make sure your VIZIO TV is connected to the Internet and on the “SmartCast” input.
2. On the SmartCast home screen, scroll down to the “apps and inputs” row and select VIZIOgram, to open the three-step start screen.
3. Select “Get VIZIO Mobile App” and scan the QR code using your phone camera or QR code scanning app on your phone.

How do I setup VIZIOgram on my phone if I do not have a VIZIO account yet?

1. If you do not have the VIZIO Mobile app downloaded, search VIZIO Mobile in the app store and download the app to your phone.
2. Once you have the VIZIO Mobile app downloaded on your phone, open the app and select the VIZIOgram tab on the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the option to “create account” and follow the prompts to set up your VIZIO Account to begin sending VIZIOgrams.
