Recipes:
Bread:

Quinoa tahini granola:
1cup cooked quinoa
2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp hemp seeds (hulled)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup tahini
¼ cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix ingredients .
Bake until lightly golden, about 20 minutes, stirring often
Hummus:
3 cups of cooked chickpeas
The juice of 2 lemons
½ cup of tahini
3 garlic cloves
¼ cup of olive oil
Salt to taste
Spices of your choice
Optional: to add cold water to make it more creamier. Ill add ¼-½ cup of water. Add a little bit at a time

Bean salad:
½ cup chickpeas
½ black beans
½ pinto beans
½ cup chopped cilantro
½ kernel corn
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
Dressing:
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp maple syrup
Salt + pepper
1.5 teaspoons of paprika
1 tsp cumin
Optional to add water for consistency
Blend all ingredients together
Lentil meat:
Tomato pasta sauce:
9 cups of tomatoes
5 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of basil
1 tbsp of oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp of olive oil
Blend 6 cups of tomatoes in the blender. Dice the other 3 cups. Chop up your onion and garlic. Saute your onion in pan on medium heat with olive oil. Once it browns add your spices and garlic and stir for 1 minute. Then add all your tomatoes and bring to a boil. Once it reaches a boil bring it to a simmer for 1 hour, stirring often.
