Today, 75% of fast-food restaurants' sales come from the drive-thru, and the big chains know it. They’re adding more lanes to keep up with demand. In Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, a four-lane Taco Bell with a food elevator is serving customers at record speeds and is just one example of the “mega” drive-thru trend revolutionizing fast food.
