The song is labeled as Ville Valo because that's his full name. The song is titled only with "VV"... For the sake of clarity and ease for myself & anybody who doesn't know who this guy is, I wanted both present in the description somewhere... It was too much to fit in the title box.

Prior to last night, the last time I played and posted an attempt at this one on Bass side was back on August 16th of 2024. The score on that one was also 100% Accuracy the same as this but I'm confident in saying this 100% will be smoother and cleaner than that one by far. Not to mention I'm much better now and can relax and get into it as well.

I actually played this three times in a row last night. The score on the first was a 99% but I did miss three or 4 notes maybe, at most. The second attempt was a 100% score but not a clean one and I didn't like it so I played the third. This is that third and it's much better. Still not "Flawless" but for me, damn good.

I Absolutely Love This Song! ... It's pretty close to home in a lot of ways.

I first found this guy when I was in college... Many, many years ago... I liked him at the front of HIM and I like him as his own thing... This guy, along with Nightwish, are reasons I found European Metal and ended up drifting into Scandinavia for more.

This person singing the song helped shape the music I found and love to this day... That music led me to be inspired to learn to play these guitars... I'm fairly articulate but the value of that very thing is something I cannot adequately describe. Ville Valo will always have a special place in my heart for his contribution to music and to my own happiness... I have a lot of respect for this guy and I want to have that said.

It's not often nearly so obvious when I'm having a lot of fun with a song... It's likely much more so in this one.
