My solo travel to Korea 🇰🇷🇰🇷🇰🇷

Thanks to my parents for allowing me to travel alone hahaha… Wala na kasi silang magawa dahil binook ko na lahat 😀.Wag na daw ako umulit na magtravel mag-isa pero surprise may ticket na ulit ako ( seryoso ‘to ma!). Char! 😂😂

Many people have been asking about my itinerary so I’ll be sharing it to you. This is not a detailed itinerary just ask me na lang kung ano pa po ang gusto niyo malaman hehe.. 😀😉

Visa🇵🇭
-For Philippine passport holder we need a Korean visa but don’t worry about applying a visa as long as you provide all the requirements.

Ticket
-I booked my ticket at trip.com (legit siya akala ko noong una hindi haha.. 😂kaya kinabahan ako). It’s a bit pricey kasi I booked my flight malapit na sa plano kong travel date.

Day 1
➡️Arrival at Incheon International Airport ( Thanks kay ate na nameet ko sa plane sinamahan niya ako kuhanin mga bagahe ko)

➡️Claimed my 4g sim card (unlimited data, text and call for 5 days ) for only 1064 pesos via klook.

➡️Bought a T money card for train and bus kasi magcocommute lang ako for my entire trip.

➡️Checked in at Philstay Myeongdong boutique female (This place is near the Myeongdong station exit 4. Naiiyak na ako noong hinahanap ko ito kasi sabi ng google map doon daw pero wala daw sabi nung restaurant sa baba pero binalikan ko ulit nasa gilid pala. Booked via booking.com for only 4800 pesos for 6 days and 5 nights with free breakfast)

Day 2
➡️Gyeongbokgung Palace (Booked my hanbok via klook for only 738 pesos for 4 hours)

➡️Bukchon Hanok Village

➡️N Seoul Tower (Nilakad ko ito ate ghourl paakyat para akong nagexercise. Wag niyo ko gayahin! Mag taxi kayo! )

Day 3
Nami Island with Elyssian Skii Resort booked via klook for only 2628 pesos

Day 4
(Supposed to be my Demilitarized zone para mafeel ko yung crash landing on you char ..pero naubusan ako ng tour kaiyak 😓😭)

Day 5

➡️Went to lotte premium outlet in Paju. (Inilaan ko itong araw na ito para mamili hahhaha... “Sachi” kung tawagin ng mga friends(escapaders) ko. Minsan ka lang pumunta daw sa isang lugar kaya magsplurge ka na HAHAHA...)

➡️Try different foods in Myeongdong and buy pasalubong

Day 6

➡️Went to stylenanda café (for pink lover like me hehe… )🌸🌸

➡️Go home.

Hindi ako pumunta sa mga sikat na tourist spot kasi I’m planning to go back. Maganda daw kasi yung ibang spot kapag cherry blossom and autumn hehehe… Pumunta lang ako Korea to experience winter. For me travelling to Korea is expensive for girls hahahah… 😂😂Sa sobrang daming make-up, skin care at kung ano anong cute na bagay matetempt ka talaga na bumili. Ang food nagrarange from 300-500 pesos isang kainan tapos may side trip pa akong kain (KUNG ANO YUNG MAKITA KO SA DAAN) AHAHAHAHA.. ( PATAY GUTOM FEELS). Nagukay ukay din ako sa Dongmyo ( walang katapusang ukay-ukay) , paglabas mo sa station may flea market doon. Ang price range ng mga coat ay 20000-40000 won.

Travelling alone is not easy as you think. You will learn to plan ahead because you need to be prepared in the different scenarios of your trip. Handling all the stressful situation and take all the responsibility on your own. Not only you will learn negative and nerve -wracking experience but also exciting and happy experience like you will learn different language because some of them can’t understand english (pero natutunan ko yung ibang word sa kdrama), you became open minded since you will experience different culture and beliefs, building a new relationship with your new found friends and especially loving your own company. Spending time alone makes you feel at peace, appreciate everything that you see, and feel free because you live your life on your own terms (I’m not saying na masaya magisa pero sometime you need to try din magsolo).
