Part 1: Seated Cardio - Indoor Walking (15 Minutes)
Part 2: Standing Cardio - Indoor Walking (14 Minutes)

Background:
All of these indoor walking/marching exercises shown today are low impact and designed for seniors, elderly and older adults.
These exercises are perfect for beginner and novice level alike, and can be performed daily!
Pair my exercises with a strong healthy diet and the results will start to show! “When in doubt, walk it out!”
