📢 Quick Tip for SAP Beginners: Copying Materials in SAP S/4HANA Fiori! 🛠️

Need to create a new material that's very similar to an existing one in SAP? Don't start from scratch! SAP S/4HANA Fiori lets you easily copy an existing material. Think of it like making a duplicate file on your computer! 📄➡️📄

Here's how to do it in simple steps:

1. Open the "Manage Product Master" App: This is where you handle all your material information. Look for it on your SAP Fiori Launchpad (your main SAP screen).
2. Find the Material You Want to Copy: Use the search bar to find the material you want to use as a template.
3. Click on the Material: Once you find it, click on it to see its details.
4. Look for the "Copy" Button: You'll usually find a button that says "Copy" or has an icon that looks like two overlapping squares. Click on it!
5. Enter the New Material Number: A new window will pop up asking you to give your copied material a new name (a new "Material Number"). Type in the new number you want to use.
6. Choose What You Want to Copy: You might see options asking what information you want to copy over (like basic data, purchasing info, etc.). Usually, you'll want to copy most of it.
7. Click "OK" or "Create": Once you've entered the new number and chosen what to copy, click the button to create your new material.
8. Check and Edit: Your new material is now created with all the copied information. You can now go in and make any changes you need (like descriptions, prices, etc.).
