[Vtuber] The Chocobo Plays - Shin Pokémon Red Oak Challenge - Episode 1: Time to catch some Pokémon!

It is about time that we do a Professor Oak Challenge in this romhack where some of the quality of life updates are present plus the sprites from the original Japanese version of Red.

Here are the rules for this challenge.

1. Catch and evolve all the Pokemon that are available before you fight any gym leader. For instance: I have to evolve all my Pokemon that are available before I defeat Brock in order to register 21 Pokemon in the Pokedex Entry that are available in Red.

2. I cannot use another game such as Green, Blue, or Yellow to trade Pokemon that I can't get otherwise or aren't available in Red. Given that I'm playing a Romhack where you can catch all the Pokemon on the single cart, that makes this rule redundant, but my point still stands.
