They give you a ton of time for EX6-4. You can probably do some uber-stall comp with 3 healers or something, if that's your thing.
The turtles spawn every minute. Ideally you want to transition the boss into a recovery phase 20 to 30 sec before a turtle spawns. That way you have time to kill the clone and the turtle before the boss wakes up (and shields them).

Good luck with EX6-3, definitely the toughest of the bunch. The bride does her spin every 30 sec, in a random row. It will (thankfully) only happen in the column to the right of Chief.
