Korean Pepper

Korean pepper flakes are used in countless recipes in their mother country. In addition to the famous Korean pepper paste, the famous red pepper powder is used in dishes from Korean BBQ, Bibimbap and different kinds of kim chi, among others. It can also be used kick up stir-fried vegetables and marinades.

It’s the red pepper flake we use most in the Épices de Cru kitchen, thanks to its incredible adaptability. It works as well with meat as it does sauces and salad dressings. It’s also a great chile to finish soups, pastas, and fish.
