I would say anyone, except that there are some people who have an expectation that the minute they drop a dollar, they're gonna make 20 back, and that's not the way investing works.

Investing is long-term, there are short-term opportunities but to really understand the investment process, you have to know that it's going to take a little while.

This is your five-year plan, your 10-year plan, your wealth-building plan for your family.

You can either buy pot pies and apple pies or you can put some money aside.

I have this slogan, it's like, purses or properties.

We're buying property not purses over here.
