This poem expresses why it's important to engage with the community beyond just the statutory level. Sometimes the community has great ideas and solutions, but they lack the necessary resources to put them into action. Statutory bodies, on the other hand, have the resources but may not always be aware of the community's needs. Unfortunately, instead of trying to bridge this gap, statutory bodies sometimes label the community as "hard to reach," which makes it difficult to collaborate. As a result, the community misses out on funding and opportunities, and the overall progress suffers. Naz believes that Luton is like a beautiful symphony, but it can only sound perfect when all the notes are allowed to play.
