Other than a terrible Jungle, where I took two deaths, everything went pretty smoothly. Run includes two intentional death warps in Factory and I took one more intentional safety death in Bathhouse to refill my health. This is the first run where I went deathless in Crypt. There is a 50 second timesave in Crypt on the last split that I didn't go for, as missing it can cost at minimum 2 minutes, and I was already so far ahead of my PB.

Definitely still quite a lot of room for improvement.
