It's Protein Supplement Review time and today I tried out BSN Syntha-6 in Chocolate Milk shake flavour. I have always wanted to give this a whirl and as I got a sample in this months Jacked Pack now was a good time as any!

It comes in at 200 calories a serving and gives you 22g of Protein. That's quite a high calorie to protein ratio as opposed to a bulk product I've been using lately that gives 24g Protein per 110 calories. This would probably suit a bulking or maintenance phase as for cutting it will eat into your daily calories quite harsh.

Taste - 10/10
Mixability - 9/10
Texture - 10/10
Smell - 10/10

Overall - 9/10

BSN Syntha-6 is the NICEST tasting Chocolate flavoured Protein powder I have tried so far. Smells good, is smooth and tastes like a real chocolate milkshake, not artificial or chemical tasting in any way.

Price wise you are looking at 69p a Serving based on a 2.2lb tub bought from eBay.

I would definitely give this product a try if you are thinking about it, it's very nice tasting and I would love to try out some of the other flavours.
