材料:
牛絞肉 400公克 (10%- 20%肥肉)
洋蔥 1/2個(切碎)
蒜 1顆(切碎)
烏斯特醬 1 大匙
雞蛋 1個
麵包粉 1/2杯(或更多)
鹽、胡椒
E.V. 橄欖油 少許
奶油 少許


漢堡材料:
漢堡 3 個
美生菜
番茄片
紅洋蔥絲
奶油(可不加)
美奶滋
芥末
番茄醬
芝士片 數片

做法:
在大碗中加入所有材料拌勻,取少許放入鍋中煎熟試味,然後調整調味。
放入冰箱約30分鐘降溫。
取出絞肉,把肉分成3分,整型放在盤子上,中心往下壓一下。
在鍋中加入橄欖油和少許奶油,中火加熱,煎約3分鐘,翻面,再煎3分鐘後鋪上芝士,撒點水,加蓋子,再煎1分鐘。
**中心點約71C( 160F ) 是全熟的溫度。(小孩或老人家吃全熟較安全。)
把漢堡切開,把漢堡裡面塗少許奶油在鍋中煎一下。
把煎好的肉餅放在漢堡麵包上,鋪上配菜和醬料即可。
可搭配薯片一起食用。

Homemade Cheeseburger 私房牛肉芝士漢堡

Ingredients:
400g minced beef (10%-20% fat)
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs (or more)
Salt and pepper to taste
E.V. olive oil for cooking
Butter


Filling ingredients:
3 burger buns
Iceberg lettuce
Sliced tomato
Sliced red onions
Butter (optional)
Mayonaise
Mustard
Ketchup
sliced cheeses

Method:
In a large bowl mix the minced beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and mix well. Take a bit of the mixture and cook to test the taste, and then adjust the salt.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Divide the mixture into 3 patties, shape it and press it a bit in the centre.
Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium high heat, sear the patties about 3 minutes, flip and then sear for 3 more minutes, add the cheese on the top and then sprinkle a few drops of water, cover and cook for 1more minute.
(The temperature of the patties centre would be well done of 160F.
Place the patties on the burger bun, arrange the filling and sauces.
Serve with potato chips.
