We are unboxing Pearl River's F-13. There are some assembly that needs to be done, but it is actually pretty straight forward. We recommend being at least two people when assembling the instrument especially when the top part needs to be lifted on top of the stand.

All you need for equipment is a screwdriver, and you are good to go.

Pearl River F-13 is a great mid range digital piano with grade weighted keys made from premium Italian Fatar, with hammer action. And comes with really powerful speakers of 70 watts.
