Hey guys, welcome back to my channel! Today I have another short, but effective workout for you. It's only 5 minutes and we're going to be working on getting rid of that stubborn back of arm fat. You don't need any equipment so you can do it anywhere, but if you have 1-2 pound wristweights you can add those. Repeat this workout every or every second day for best results.
